We do not represent owners but rather are one of the only companies in Jakarta that provide client representation.
Our objective is to ensure that the expectations of persons considering transfer to leased housing are soundly based on factual, current information before they decide to transfer and that those expectations are satisfied when they do transfer to leased housing.
Global Relocations will negotiate all terms and conditions on behalf of our client. Our housing specialist prepares a Home Search Book, which contains photographs and specifics for each potential home to be viewed.
All potential homes to be viewed are within budgets provided by companies and or individuals utilizing our services.
Home search services provide both individuals and corporate clients with assistance in locating housing in Jakarta. Home search tours are assigned to Housing Account Executives who, after reviewing the Employee Profile, prepares a customized selection of homes to view. All homes are within pre-specified budgets and located within preferred neighborhoods by clients.
All available housing options are included, even those options represented by other real estate firms. There is no commitment to owners or developers to market their property. The commitment is to the client and to negotiate all terms and conditions on the client's behalf.
Each home within our database is photographed and categorized by neighborhood. Homes included within the database would be those which posses the qualities most sought after by expatriates and corporate clients,
including preferred locations within Jakarta, good supply of electricity and residential security.
